Intent to prototype + ship: hidden=until-found and auto-expanding <details>

Hi y'all,

I just enabled the features hidden=until-found and auto-expanding <details> element on all channels.

hidden=until-found allows web developers to hide content on a web page while still allowing users to find (and un-hide) it using find-on-page or fragment / text fragment navigation. Auto-expanding <details> provides the same functionality for closed <details> elements.

These features are part of interop-2025.
